About the Concept:
The interplay of light from up above and the cast of shadows through the movement and sources of light be it the sun, lights, clouds showcase the effectiveness of shadows in a work of art leaving behind unique traces that carry so much mystery of untold cosmic and universal occurrences. The shadows in the work of art can be abstract or representational alluding to the mysterious and the enigmatic. The shadow themed work in such becomes a bridge to philosophical thought of what shadows are and the multitude of ways one views them, and how their invisible truths carry so much weight and significance especially in a work of art.
Exhibition Dates: September 1 - November 30, 2024.
