Jessie G Gordon states, "By remaining curious in the way we look and see, can we come up with more creative solutions to solid problems? The ambiguity between truths and realities and how to resist the immediate pull to categorize and name a perception. This investigation is central to both my artwork as well as my daily interaction with the world around me. It is particularly relevant in today’s world where truth and reality are under scrutiny. I have become increasingly absorbed with how shadows and reflections interrupt this drive to identify and evaluate, they stimulate the wandering, wondering eye."
